Tallman Research and Educational Development LLC, is an independent consulting company aimed at teaching educators the art of teaching,  from topics such as  PLC's and collaboration, to mentorship, and beyond in order to promote the best in every student. Dr Tallman has experience in elementary, middle level, and higher education and also teaches teacher collaboration, literacy methodologies, the history of education, and middle level education techniques and methodologies at a college level. She has been involved in cutting-edge, new studies on teacher apprenticeships for college students majoring in education, as well as teacher collaboration studies and distance learning studies.

Dr. Tallman has several published journal works on teacher collaboration, middle level education and professional development in higher education as well as her book entitled, Five Little Teachers Make a Great Big Change. She has also been a guest speaker at the TEACH conference on Middle Level Education; the Utah Middle Level Education Conference, the Common Ground Conference in Maryland; the International Conference on Teaching and Learning in Texas; the American Middle Level Education Conference, and the 26th International Conference on Learning in Ireland. She is a wife and mother of two and happily resides at the Jersey shore.
